Refund & Cancellation Policy

FlashTerminal operates on a subscription-based model.

1. No Guaranteed Refunds

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated
• No refunds for partial usage, inactivity, or user error

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was deducted but service not activated
• Duplicate payment occurred
• Technical error solely attributable to FlashTerminal

All refund decisions are at FlashTerminal’s discretion.

3. Broker / Market Issues

No refunds will be issued due to:

• Broker API downtime
• Market volatility
• Trade execution issues
• Regulatory halts

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel auto-renewal anytime.

Access remains active until the subscription period ends.
